• Referral Process - You can call / text / email / fill in the contact form yourself or ask a friend, family member or G.P. to get in touch on your behalf. 
  • Duration of Sessions -  Therapy sessions last 45 minutes and are usually held on a weekly basis in the beginning at the same time. Weekly attendance is important for therapy to progress in the beginning but at all time this can be negotiated to fit with your preferences. 
  • What is the cost? Low cost counselling for adults starts from €30. Please call for more information regarding young peoples counselling.
  • How can I pay? All appointments are Prepaid. The initial appointment is paid for online using 'SUM UP' an easy to use link that is sent to you by WhatsApp/Text/Email. At the end of your appointment, if you'd like to book another session then you can use your card to tap on a Card Terminal.
  • Receipts? All payments made will have a receipt automatically sent to your email or phone depending on your preference.
  • Who provides the Therapy? The low-cost counselling service is provided by a team of therapists who have been selected to work for the service due to their level of life experience lived, their warmth they bring to the team and their dedication to provide you with a safe professional space to work through whatever you are going through at the moment. All therapists engage in ongoing training/study, including myself whether it's for upskill, further training or maintaining  a level of professionalism. All are fully insured and members of IACP, ICP or IAHIP or equivalent accrediting bodies of counselling and psychotherapy in Ireland and completing their studies in counselling/psychotherapy. Each therapist receives regular supervision and on-going clinical support. As the Clinic Director, I stand over each and every person who are involved in the running of the service.
  • Hours of Availability? Our Low Cost Counselling service is available between Monday to Friday varying in times each day. Due to the high demand for this service you may not get the exact time you request but we will do our best to get a time and place that suits you.
